Mary's Land Farm plans to host their annual Clarksville Sunflower Market showcasing one of the most diverse collection of sunflowers in the area. Your place as a vendor is to add excitement & fun for our guests and help you in your business. This highly popular event draws over 1000 visitors each weekend, eager to see & pick sunflowers, shop at our vendor market, and enjoy a day at our beautiful farm.
The Clarksville Sunflower Market runs all August and the market weekends are:
August 5-6
August 12-13
August 19-20
August 26-27
We invite vendors to come for at least one weekend, but two or all three weekends would be even better!

Vendor Registration Information
We are looking for high-end vendors and artisan creators. The vendor area of the Clarksville Sunflower Market is meant to showcase the talents and skills of individual vendors. Applications that focus on handmade goods are strongly encouraged. Inclusion of other merchandise will be at the discretion of Mary’s Land Farm. Event managers reserve the right to remove from the event any work which does not reflect the same quality as that presented for review in applications.
Vendors are not permitted to sell raffle tickets or other prizes for cash. Vendors will be permitted to offer chances, coupons, and/or promotional incentives at their booth for free or reduced-price merchandise. In no case will vendors or their staff be permitted to walk the grounds of the farm to advertise such promotions.
The Clarksville Sunflower Market is a family event and we do not allow or accept any items with explicit/vulgar language, inappropriate images, superstitious practices and activities, drug paraphernalia, or other things the staff at Mary’s Land Farm feels are not deemed family-friendly.
Set up will begin the Friday evening before said weekend and takedown is required by Sunday evening. If you plan on joining us for multiple weekends, you may keep your tent up, but you will be responsible for securing your own goods. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items.
Note: Electricity will NOT be available for vendors.
Fee: $100/weekend per 10x10 ft space. All spaces are outside. All of your sales are your own responsibility, including wrapping items and any sales tax remittance. Be sure to provide proof of purchase for your sales.
Note: Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, display items, merchandise and any other show materials upon leaving the premises.
